What we collect
Your account e-mail; your Google name and picture if you sign in with Google; your public handle, profile, photo and city; the tasks, offers and bids you post; technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security.
Why
To run your account and the board (contract); to send sign-in links and e-mails about your auctions (contract); to prevent abuse and keep the site secure (legitimate interest).
Who sees what
Your handle, photo, city, tasks and offers are public. On an auction, visitors see how many bids there are and the lowest amount, never who bid; each bidder sees their own bid; the requester sees every bid with its pitch. Your e-mail is never public: it is shown only to the other party after a requester picks a winner (see the Terms). We do not sell your data.
Processors
Cloudflare (hosting, database, storage, security; worldwide), Resend (sending e-mail), Google (only if you choose Google sign-in). Your data may be processed outside your country under these providers' safeguards.
How long
While your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, photo, tasks, offers and bids are deleted; security logs expire on the hosting provider's schedule.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion and portability of your data, and objection to processing, under Brazil's LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR. Delete your account from your profile page, or write to hello@sydde.com for anything else. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD).
Cookies
Only what sign-in and language choice need. No advertising or tracking cookies.
Changes
We update this policy when what we do changes; the date at the top changes.
