Terms of Use

Who we are

Sydde (sydde.com) is operated by Aquileo Silva, an individual based in Brazil. Contact: hello@sydde.com.

What Sydde is

Sydde is a board where people post remote side tasks with a maximum budget, and providers bid in an open reverse auction. The person who posted the task picks the winner. Sydde is not a party to any agreement between users, does not employ providers, and does not guarantee the quality, delivery or legality of any task or service.

Payment

Payment for a task happens directly between the two users, outside Sydde. Sydde does not hold, process or guarantee those payments and cannot refund them. Paid features of Sydde itself (such as highlighting a task), when offered, are charged up front and described at the moment of purchase.

Who can use Sydde

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Contact details

Do not put e-mails, phone numbers, links or messenger names in tasks, offers, bids or your profile. After a requester picks a winner, Sydde shows each of the two the other's account e-mail, so they can agree on the work. Use it only for that task.

What you may not post

Anything illegal; academic dishonesty (doing someone's exam or graded work); fake reviews, spam or engagement manipulation; adult content; content that infringes someone else's rights; requests for personal data of third parties; anything that harms, harasses or deceives people.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you post. You allow Sydde to display it on the site for as long as it is published. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms, with or without notice.

No warranty, limited liability

Sydde is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Sydde is not liable for losses arising from deals between users, from content posted by users, or from the site being unavailable.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes. Continuing to use Sydde after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Consumers keep the rights the law of their country gives them.
